A note from Chef Gina

Hi, I’m Chef Gina and I’ll admit I’m obsessed with food. If you can’t find me in someone’s kitchen then it’s likely that I’m browsing the grocery aisle (one of my favorite things to do), researching recipes, eating something delicious while thinking of how they make it. This passion, career or obsession, whatever floats your boat, has lead me to learn some amazing recipes and tips about cooking and the steps that go into it that I’d like to share with you.

What should you expect to find….

Truely flavorful recipes!

-Mostly healthy stuff- Every once and a while a recipe comes along that I can’t resist. I then try it, tweak it and fall in love with something unhealthy, whoops! So yes, while most of my recipes are healthy, being healthy allllll the time is unrealistic so there may be some less healthy things thrown in here.

-A style of cooking that fits lots of different tastes. I cook for all sorts of people and so this has lead me to have a pretty diverse cooking style. One key theme I can see in all my cooking is that I like to achieve bold flavors in a healthy way- I do this through technique, herbs and spices.

-Random tips and facts I’ve learned from being in the kitchen for majority of my waking hours the last few years. That’s not meant to sound as depressing as it may- I’m actually really happy when I’m zoning in the kitchen.
